Important Contract Deadlines
NOTICE: Booths placed on hold can remain on hold for 2 weeks without a deposit. If the deposit payment is not received within 2 weeks from the initial date of being placed on hold, the booth will be placed back into available inventory and the company will need to contact HPBA to choose another booth.
| September 1, 2008 | Cancellation of exhibit space must be sent in writing by September 1, 2008 to receive refund (20% cancellation/downsize fee applies). |
| December 5, 2008 | All contracts submitted before December 5, 2008 require a 50% deposit; all contracts submitted after December 5, 2008 require full payment. |
| December 19, 2008 | Cancellation of exhibit space must be sent in writing by December 19, 2008 to receive refund (50% cancellation/downsize fee applies). No refunds after this date on exhibit space. |
| January 2, 2009 | All exhibitors contracted and paid by this date will be listed in the HPBExpo Show Program & Exhibit Guide with any brands and products that have been added to their web listing by January 2 (brands/products are added by the exhibitor - contact HPBA if you do not have a user name and password). |
| January 2 - 16, 2009 | Exhibitors contracted and paid in this time period will be listed in the HPBExpo Show Program & Exhibit Guide, but without brands and products. |
| January 16 - March 12, 2009 | Exhibitors contracted and paid in this time period will be listed in the Show Program Guide Addendum (insert for printed guide) with company name, booth number, address, phone, fax, email, web site, and one-sentence description, if provided on contract. To reserve your booth space at the HPBExpo 2009, fax your contract to (703) 522-0548 or mail with check payment to HPBExpo 2009, Department 4014, Washington, DC 20042-4014. Call HPBA with questions about a specific booth space. |
